Ottawa Carleton Assembly of School Councils (OCASC)
OCASC is an umbrella organization for school councils and parents in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) to share share ideas, discuss current events and build community.

Parent Involvement Committee (PIC)
The PIC promotes parent engagement and collaborates with the board to support student achievement and well-being. PIC provides resources and support to parents and School Councils.

Parent Resource Library
WEJPS has a Parent Resource Library in our school library. These books are catalogued and available for our WEJ families and teachers to check out, just like at a regular library.
We would like to ask our WEJ community: Are there any book titles that you have found to be beneficial with parenting your child, which we should consider for our library? Do you have any books that you would like to donate to our parent library, that you have found helpful but no longer need? All books, and in any language, would be greatly appreciated.
Privacy Policy
On January 14, ask 2014, WEJ Council voted to adopt a Privacy Policy which now governs how WEJ Council collects, uses and retains personal information.
